Terms & Conditions:
  • Membership applicant must be eighteen (18) years old and above.
  • Every B$1.00 purchase is equal to one (1) point.
  • OKKY member on their birthday will be entitled to $3 off per gram on a one time purchase on all gold items, including 999 (24K), 916 (22K), 875 (21K) gold and 30% discounts for 9K, 14K, 18K Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold and S925, S999 silver only. This offer is available only for one day on the member’s birthday. 
  • Member discount is not applicable during sales and in conjunction with special promotion discounted item.
  • Every 5,800 points is entitled to redeem jewellery worth of B$300.00 for 9K, 14K, 18K Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold and S925, S999 silver only. Not applicable for booking, services, customized jewellery and during sales and in conjunction with special promotion discounted item.
  • The membership points must be redeemed by principle card holder only and proof of identification card & valid membership card must be provided.
  • All item(s) redeemed are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no warranty.
  • Membership is valid for the period of one (1) year and membership renewal fee is B$5.00.
  • An amount of B$5.00 will be charged to customer for a replacement card if the card is stolen, lost or damaged.
  • Redeemed items are non-refundable for cash.
  • Any unused balance will not be refunded and not allowed to be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
  • Member points cannot be earned while redeeming points.
  • Member points is strictly non-transferable.
  • All information provided will be kept confidential. OKKY Jewellery will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent, unless we are required or authorized to do so by law or other regulation and circumstances.
  • OKKY Jewellery Sdn Bhd reserve the right to omit, add or amend the terms and conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended terms and condition will override the existing terms and condition.
